Work consisted of extensive renovations for the storage of VA Records. Equipment used was with two, Carrier Custom AHU with hot water, chilled water, and steam as the heating, cooling, and humidity control sources for the rooms. The steam was existing HP steam, and was changed to Hot Water by using a Shell and Tube heat exchanger. All pumps had to be changed out to accommodate the additional flow of water.
